Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Bunches Broccoli, tops only
    1/2 Cup Red Onion
    1 Package Oscar Mayer Bacon Bits
    1/2 Cup Splenda
    2 Tbsp White Vinegar
    1 Cup Miracle Whip Light
    1 Cup 2% Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Directions

Mix broccoli, onion, bacon, and cheese together in large bowl. Combine splenda, vinegar, miracle whip in a small bowl and pour over vegetables then toss. Tastes better after sitting a while.

    It doesn't taste like I'm dieting! Very good! I always reduce the Splenda by half. It is just a little sweet for me. I didn't have any white vinegar so I used red wine vinegar. - 8/22/12

    I increased the amount of broccoli, and lowered the amound of mayo and bacon. This was delicious! But, next time, I will use less Splenda. It was a bit too sweet for my family. My kids gobbled this up, by the way... - 7/19/10

    Tasty! Too sweet and I blame myself for that because I had planned on cutting back on the Splenda. I forgot to do so. I also added shredded carrots - 8/13/17
