Ingredients

    Extra lean ground beef 20 OZS
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 T Splenda or to taste
    1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 cup green peppers, sliced
    6 jumbo olives, sliced
    17.3 oz Pillsbury Grands Golden Wheat Reduced Fat Biscuits
    1 jar of Walmart Italian Garden Combo Pasta Sauce
    2 cups mozzerella cheese 2%

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Brown beef, with onions.
Stir in to beef the pasta sauce, Splenda, and sliced veggies and bring to a boil. Add quartered biscuit dough and gently cover with sauce. Place in oven for 25 mins, take out and add mozzarella cheese. Bake 10 more minutes or until bisuit dough has bubbled up and is done. Let Stand 5 minutes before serving.

    This is GREAT! We tweak it a bit at our house. Mushrooms only go on hubby's half, pepperoni goes all over, and I add diced tomatoes. I don't use the splenda or olives, since our family doesn't care for them. - 1/28/10

    This was awesome. I'm not generally a fan of ground beef but with all the other flavours, I didn't mind it. Definitely making this one again, and again, and again. - 5/27/11

    This was really good. Used ground turkey instead of meat. Added basil. Used White sauce instead of red as it doesn't agree with my husband. The family really loved it. - 5/24/21
