    5ml is equal to 1 teaspoon, so 15 ml = 3 teaspoons or 1 Tablespoon. Good, simple recipe. I think it would also work for any fruit. - 7/3/09

    I made this recipe with no water at all. The trick is to start the heat very low -- natural moisture bleeds out of the fruit, nothing burns, and the result is wonderful. - 7/6/11
