Ingredients

Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium, chopped
Chicken Breast, no skin, 18 ounces cut into strips
*Whole Wheat Flour, 1/2 cup
*Eggland's Best Large Egg, 1 beaten and mixed with water
Sesame Seeds, 1/8 cup
salt 1/4 tsp
Canola Oil, enough to fry in.
Teriyaki Sauce, 1/2 cup
Water, tap, 1/2 cup
Brown Sugar, 1/4 cup, packed
Ginger, ground, 1/4 tsp
Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
Corn Starch, 1 tbsp mixed with enough water to make thin paste
Directions
Saute chopped cabbage in water in a pan until tender. Drizzle with sesame oil. Set aside and keep warm. Mix teriyaki sauce, water and ginger in small sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add the cornstarch mixture and simmer until thickened. Add brown sugar and heat through. Set aside.
Dredge chicken pieces in flour, then in egg mixture then salt and sprinkle with sesame seeds and dredge again in the flour. Fry in hot canola oil until brown. Place on paper towels to drain.
Assemble dish in large serving bowl with cabbage topped with chicken and drizzled with sauce or this can be done at the table.
