In phase 2 you can have 1 T of milk a day and turkey.
I had an idea, she mentioned cup cake tins, freeze in tins then put um in freezer bag for quick dinner. Oh these will be good with the miracle noodles I just ordered, 0 cal, 0 carbs just fiber very good for us.

These meatballs were delicious. I usually make meatballs out of pork and beef and these were just as flavorful to me. - 5/2/10

this was a great recipe easy to make. i made them a bit smaller so they each weighed 25 grams and are just the right size to pack on the go. very moist too. - 10/7/09

I wish people would stop misleading / misinforming those on the hcg diet -- NO turkey is allowed! And only 1 T SKIM milk per day -- AND, you cannot mix proteins (egg + meat). If this is a Phase 2 recipe, you should state that in the title. - 7/1/13

I don't have Turkey on Phase 2, but I will try this with chicken. - 11/10/11

You can have chicken - just use chicken in place of the turkey and you ARE allowed ONE tablespoon of dairy a day (ie coffee) her receipe is fine because of the serving size -- actually makes it out to less than 1tablespoon per serving - 4/3/11
