WOw!! I am the crockpot queen, so I will definitely be putting this one on speed dial!! I think maybe mushrooms, onions, eggplant and shredded carrots will add lots to this easy winner!! Thank you! - 9/28/09

I messed this up the first time I made it by not thawing/squeezing the frozen spinach, but I made this again last night and OH YEAH.....it was awesome! I added shredded carrots, onions, and summer squash and used red. fat Ricotta and it was so good, I couldn't take just one bite. TY for the recipe!! - 2/27/12

Added zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant & carrots, so needed 2 jars of marinara and 20 oz of FF ricotta to cover it all. I mixed the ricotta "italian" style with salt, pepper, garlic, parsley, oregano, grated cheese, & egg(beaters). Makes it spread a little easier too. Love it!!! - 12/11/11

I made this recipe for my sister and mom and as avid meat enthusiasts they LOVED it and kept insisting that I must have put meat in it! I did not but did add a can of mushrooms and this was awesome! Also, I was worried i was going to over cook the noodles but 8 hrs on low also worked while i worked. - 7/13/11

I really appreciated this recipe - easy and delicious! I fancied it up a bit - sauteed some onions, garlic, mushrooms & bell peppers to add to the tomato sauce, plus some dried basil & oregano. I had ricotta on hand so I used it in place of the cottage cheese and it tasted great! - 10/19/10

This recipe was good, although writer should designate whether crockpot should be on high or low and I did not need to cook the lasagne as long on low. - 12/18/09

    Incredible!
I had never cooked anything other than roast in my crock pot until this. It was delicious. As another person said, the directions needed to say if it was set on high or low, mine was on low for 5 1/2 hrs and was just right. - 8/31/10

This was awesome! We used Fat Free cottage cheese instead, and I realized after I cooked it for a few hours that I forgot the spinach... but it was still awesome! I love crockpot cooking, and this was amazing. Great date night dinner :) - 8/22/10

I substituted soy cheese for half of the cheese. I want to try it again but substitute other vegetables for Spinach.
It's an easy thing to make!

Does the crockpot go on high or low? Also, cheese is an animal product, so it is not strictly vegetarian, though some vegetarians (lacto-ovo) eat it. - 10/18/09

I made this over the weekend when I almost no time to spare. It took less then 15 minutes to prepare and was absolutely delicious! There was plenty leftover for lunches at work the next day. This is a favorite in my household from now on! Thank you!!! - 10/6/09
