I'm looking at the nutritional info and wondering how this is a guilt-free chocolate treat. 350 calories? 20g of fat? 41g carbs? I'd just eat a dark chocolate Hershey bar for 180 cals, 12g fat, and 25g carbs. (Points to the smoothie for more protein, but that's the only benefit.) - 7/4/11

I'm not a fan of almond milk, so I used Silk Plain, Light Soy Milk. It has roughly the same number of calories. This was tasty and surprisingly filling! - 8/7/11

Very tasty. I might add a packet of equal or some type of sugar substitute just to sweeten it up a little next time I make this. Thank you for a great recipe. - 3/11/10

You might add a second banana and more ripe bananas or frozen bananas, too. That sweetens it up quite a bit. :) I am glad you liked it!
