Too many calories, fat and carbs...
I'm not a fan of almond milk, so I used Silk Plain, Light Soy Milk. It has roughly the same number of calories. This was tasty and surprisingly filling!
I'm looking at the nutritional info and wondering how this is a guilt-free chocolate treat. 350 calories? 20g of fat? 41g carbs? I'd just eat a dark chocolate Hershey bar for 180 cals, 12g fat, and 25g carbs. (Points to the smoothie for more protein, but that's the only benefit.)
Very tasty. I might add a packet of equal or some type of sugar substitute just to sweeten it up a little next time I make this. Thank you for a great recipe.
