Ingredients


    Great Value" Tomato Sauce , 1 - 15oz can
    Great Value Mixed Vegetables, 1 can
    Del Monte Tomato Sauce , 1 - 8oz can
    Ro Tel Original diced tomatoes and green chilies 1 can
    cumin powder, 1 tbsp
    Red Chili Pepper Flakes, 1 half tsp
    Dried Onion Flakes, 2 tbsp
    BJ's Minced Garlic, 2 tsp
    Black Pepper, 1 tsp
    Chicken Breast (No Skin, 6 oz 0r 2 oz. per person)
    garbanzos 3 - 16 oz cans

Directions

I started by pouring all the rinsed garbanzo beans into the pan with the rotel chili tomatoes (undrained),
Then all the spices meanwhile cook the chicken (I did mine in the George foreman grill for the sake of time)
Add the can of veggies with the liquid to the chili , make sure to stir.
Dice up the chicken and mix in or put a measured amount on top of each bowl then you know exactly how much chicken you are eating.
