Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 peeled, sliced (thin) apples
    1/4 cup applesauce
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    1/4 cup reddi-egg product
    1/2 cup fat free milk
    1 cup organic cane sugar

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients well, then add the rest and combine. Grease a pan and bake in preheated oven 350 degrees; check between 20 - 60 minutes depending on your pan. Use a fork to see if it is cooked through the middle.
