Ingredients

    Red potatoes 482 grams small cut up about 6 to eight
    2 stalks of celery or a quater cup
    Chicken I used almost a pound already cooked and cubed of chicken breast
    5 oz fat free and 33 percent less sodium Swanson's Chickn Broth about a half cup
    1 can of cream of mushroom (that's what I had on hand) Next time will use lighter soup
    1 cup Great Value Light mayo
    half cup of red onions raw
    fresh carrots
    2 Tbsp of curry powder

Directions

5 1 cup servings
cook on high for about 5 hours
next time use veggies but leave out potatoes make more saucy by adding chicken broth
add some cayenne more curry
