    Flounder, 6 oz
    Mayonnaise, 1 TBL.
    Lemon Juice, 1/2 tsp.
    Parmesan Cheese, 1 tsp.
    1 dash of pepper
    onion powder, 1/4 tsp.

Directions

spread ingredients on the fish, fold up in foil, bake on a cookie sheet for about 15 minutes or until fish is flaky.
