Ingredients

    *nonstick cooking spray
    *15oz can black beans rinsed and drained
    *.5 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
    *1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
    *.75cup egg substitute
    *2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
    *2 tablespoons reduced fat sour cream
    *1 tablespoon melted butter unsalted
    *8 tablespoons granulated splenda
    *1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees spray 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Combine the beans, cocoa powder, instant coffee,and egg substitute in the bowl of a food processor. process till mixture is smooth.
3. Add chocolate syrup, sour cream, butter, splenda, and vanilla blend till well mixed
4. Pour batter into the 8x8 baking dish and smooth with spatula. Bake for 28 to 30 min turning dish half way through.
5. Let brownies cool on a rack cut into 2x2 squares.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
