Introduction

A low-fat, wholesome well rounded meal. This dish is THE favorite of my family! Makes a great meal served with a side dish of Fat-Free Refried Beans, more Tortilla Chips, fat-free sour cream and salsa. Yummy! A low-fat, wholesome well rounded meal. Ingredients

    1 pound extra lean Ground Beef, browned & drained.
    1 (1.25oz) pkg Taco Seasoning Mix
    3/4 cup water
    1 large head Iceburg Lettuce, rinsed, drained and shredded
    2 large Tomatoes, cut up in bite size pieces
    1 cup Mild Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    1 (6oz) pkg Mozzarella Chesse, part skim milk
    1 (7 1/2oz) bag Tortillia Chips
    5-6 TBS Mild Salsa

Directions

Brown and drain ground beef. Add seasoning mix and water, cook according to package directions. While simmering, assemble other ingrediences. Shred lettuce and put in a large mixing bowl. Add cut-up tomatoes, both cheeses, and all salsa. Gently toss. Coursely crunch tortillia chips into big pieces. Add to salad and again, gently toss. Right before eating add warm,cooked taco hamburger mix. Lightly toss and serve. Makes 16-18 one cup servings.
