    24 ounces of chicken breast, cut up
    8 ounce package of Portabella mushrooms
    bundle of asparagus, chopped (My bundle had 13)
    1 onion, chopped
    1 cup chicken broth
    1 TBS Olive oil
    1 cup water
    1/4 cup tapioca starch
    1 TBS Rice flour


Brown chicken, onion, olive oil in a pan. When Chicken is almost finished, add mushrooms and asparagus. When chicken and veggies have almost dried up, add a cup of broth. When veggies are finished, add tapioca and rice flours. Stir and simmer until it is to your desired consistency.
Serve over potatoes or rice.
