Ingredients

    13 oz steak
    1.25 tsp chili powder
    .25 tsp cyanne
    1 tbsp oil, divided in half
    2 bell peppers, cored, thinly sliced
    5 cloves garlic minced
    1.5 bunches green onions cut to 2 in pieces

Directions

Combine spices with 1/4 tsp pepper and 1/4 tsp salt. Rub onto meat. Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in skillet, add meat, cook 4 min on each side or to desired doneness. Set aside meat to rest for 5 min. Heat remaining 1/2 tbsp oil to pan, add peppers, green onion and garlic. Cook until tender crisp. Thinly slice steak on the bias. Serve with flour tortillas, sour cream and guacamole if desired. Yeild 4 servings.
