Ingredients

Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast), approx. 3 lbs.
Onions - 1/2 cup chopped
Ketchup - 1/2 cup
Mr. Yoshida's Marinade & Cooking Sauce - 1/2 cup
Clear Chicken Broth 33% Less Sodium - 1/2 cup
Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Worcestershire Sauce - 1 tbsp
Chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Minced Garlic - 1 tbsp
Directions
Rinse pork and set in crock pot.
Add chopped onion and rub all over pork. Make sure onion is all over the meat.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and blend well.
Add to crock pot and use hands to mix all over pork really well.
Set for slow for 8 hrs or can also be done on high 6 hours. Remove pork from sauce when done and place on platter. Pull apart with fork to dish out servings. Makes approx. 11 4 oz servings.
