    1/2 c. egg beaters
    1 c. skim evaporated milk

Directions

Mix bread crumbs and seasoning together well in large bowl, add milk and egg beaters and mix together well. Mix the bread crumb mixture with ground ham and Asiago cheese form into 4 mini loafs(I use pampered chef 4 mini pan) and place in well sprayed pan mini pans. Bake for 60 minutes at 350. While baking mix together 1 tsp powdered mustard, 1 cup organic brown sugar, and 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar. During the last 15 minutes of baking add glaze to ham loaves. Remove from oven and let rest in pans 20 minutes before serving. This gives time for the choices to be soaked up and the loafs to set well.
