Ingredients

    2lbs Beef ribs (boneless)
    1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)
    8 hamburger buns
    Salt and pepper

Directions

Place desired amount of salt and peper on the ribs. Preheat grill then set to a 300-400 degree temp or BBQ setting. place ribs on top rack so they will not get direct heat. Turn every half hour or so. When they are fork tender remover from grill and let rest for 10-15 mins. Using two forks pull the meat apart to seperate. Add BBQ sauce, use more or less to your taste. Then divide between the buns. ENJOY.

    My suggestion would be to use sourdough bread rather than using hamburger buns, (less calories) I haven't tried this recipe yet but plan to. - 7/3/07
