Introduction

If you like chunky meat sauce with lots of veges, this is the spaghetti sauce for you! If you like chunky meat sauce with lots of veges, this is the spaghetti sauce for you!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
    1 14.5 oz. can Diced tomatoes
    1 cup Del Monte Ketchup (very different taste if an alternate brand is used!)
    1 6oz. jar sliced mushrooms
    1/4 cup chopped green bell peppers
    Several generous dashes of basil, oregano and Italian Seasoning
    Salt, ground black pepper, minced onion and minced garlic to taste

Directions

Brown ground beef in large skillet. Drain grease. Add all remaining ingredients. May need to add additional ketchup depending on how juicy you want the sauce. Simmer for 10-30 minutes. The longer it simmers, the more the flavors of the seasonings are distributed throughout.
