Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 oz carrots
    1 small zucchini
    1 small summer squash
    4 oz peppers, any color
    3 green onions
    4 oz sliced mushrooms
    8 oz pork tenderloin, cooked
    1/2 cup REVRACE24's low-sodium stirfry sauce

Directions

Slice all vegetables into uniform pieces before you begin cooking.

Spray a large non-stick wok with cooking spray and heat on high until wisps of smoke rise from the pan. Add ingredients in the order listed, stir frying each one until nearly cooked through before adding next. You may need to add a splash or two of chicken broth as you go along to prevent the vegetables from burning (calories not counted). Add meat and sauce and stir until heated through.

Makes about 4 generous one-cup servings.
