Ingredients

    4 Chicken Breasts
    Approx. 2 cups crushed Corn Flakes
    Mrs Dash to taste (about 1-2 tbsp)

Directions

Crush corn flakes. Add Mrs. Dash and mix. Coat chicken with corn flakes (can dip in milk first if you'd like). Place in cooking dish. Pour remaining corn flakes over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min, or till no longer pink. Makes 4 servings.
