Introduction

Ingredients

    - 1 cup Tomatoes, chopped.
    - 1 cube vegetable bouillon.
    - 2 bell peppers, chopped.
    - 1 medium Onion, chopped.
    - 2.5 cups Minute Rice.
    - 450g Italian Turkey Sausage, sliced.
    - 2 cloves Garlic, minced.
    - Pinch of Turmeric and Chili Powder or Flakes.
    - 1.5 cups Water.

Directions

1. Saute the sausage, onion, garlic and bell peppers in a pot.
2. Add remaining ingredients except the rice and bring to a boil.
3. Stir in the rice, return to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve.

Makes about 7 one cup servings.
