    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated
    Yambean (jicama), raw, 1 cup, grated
    Cabbage, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    *Mimiccreme, Unsweetened, 2 tbsp
    Sherry, dry, 2 fl. oz
    Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    Agave Syrup, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp


Shred carrots, jicama, and cabbage. Mix together in a bowl.

Combine the mimiccreme, sherry, cider vinegar, and agave syrup. Pour over shredded vegetables. Grind black pepper into blend of vegetables and dressing.

Let slaw sit overnight to increase flavor.
