Ingredients

    8 Chicken thighs skinless
    1.5 C of Spaghetti Sauce
    1 Cup of chopped tomato tidbits
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp olive oil
    2 cloves Garlic
    1c chopped green pepper
    1c chopped red pepper
    1 medium onion chopped
    crushed red peppers (optional)
    4 cups Homemade spiral pasta *from Market

Directions

Brown each chicken thigh and add to baking dish

Chop all vegetables and saute in 1 tsp of olive oil until tender
transfer into the baking dish

Add 1 jar of tomato sauce, and 1 can of tomato tidbits to vegetables

season with 1 tsp salt and pepper, add spices and mix
add chicken to sauce and bake in oven for 1 hr

serve over cooked pasta
