1 can of Starkist light in water-5 oz
    1 avocado
    1 dash of pepper
    1 oz of lemon juice
2 sliced of Bordon fat free sliced cheese

*the bread is not included in calculations, so you can use whichever type you refer

There is no cooking involved with this sandwich. The bread is not included in calorie counter--use what you have on hand. This is designed to serve two people.

Drain tuna and flake in medium bowl. Remove Avocado from pit and mix with the tuna. Mix in 1 ounce of lemon juice and pepper to taste. cover and set in refrigerator to chill.

Spread tuna on bread of your choice and place one slice of cheese in between the bread slices. I toast this sandwich in toaster oven for the effect of a melt.
