Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb 95% ground beef
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1 c chopped spinach (I use frozen-thawed)
    20 medium black olives, chopped
    4 oz feta cheese, chopped
    1/4 c pork rinds, ground (these are the binding agent)
    1 egg


Directions

Mix ingredients together, shape in pan and bake for 1 hour at 350. Makes 4, 3x4 inch, servings.
