Introduction

Ingredients

    6 oz Plain Nonfat Yogurt
    1/4 cup Raspberries
    1/4 cup Blueberries
    1/4 cup Bran Buds

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in dish.
Refridgerate.

*Best to leave sit in fridge for a bit before eating as the bran buds soften up and the flavors mix together!*
