Ingredients

    100 g Cornflour
    25 g chickpes (gram flour)
    2 Tbsp Tapioca Flour
    1 large egg
    1/4 tsp salt
    fresh ground pepper
    375 ml water

    oil for frying pan/griddle

Directions

sift dry ingredients
add beaten egg
slowly mix in water

on a heated griddle spray on some oil and then mix the batter (should be quite runny like a crepe batter) and ladle on to grill - cook untill done and then flip
