Introduction

A delicous hamburger soup the traditional way. You can change a few of the ingredients to reduce calories and add more vegetables to make it more like a stew. Make it in the slow cooker to have a delicious soup waiting for supper A delicous hamburger soup the traditional way. Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Extra Lean Ground beef
    Tomato soup
    Consume soup
    Quinoa (or can use Pot Barley)
    Carrots
    Onions
    Celery
    Bay Leaf

Directions

Brown ground beef with onion. Add to soup pot with 1 can of tomato soup, and 3 cans of consume and 2 cans of water. (can play with the soup if you like a more tomato base. Slice carrots and celery, bay leaf and Quinoa.
Can add Thyme and Basil depending on your taste. Pot Barley is great also instead of Quinoa.
Let cook for about 30 min on medium or cook all day on low in a slow cooker.
