This VERY tasty smoothie is great to strawberry lovers! Breakfast on the run...its low calories and packed with protein and good carbs. Kids love it, its sweet and looks like a milkshake!! This VERY tasty smoothie is great to strawberry lovers! Breakfast on the run...its low calories and packed with protein and good carbs. Kids love it, its sweet and looks like a milkshake!!

Ingredients

    you will need:

    1 cup of fresh strawberries
    1 6oz container of Yoplait's new Greek 2X protein strawberry yogurt
    1 On the Go: wild strawberry crystal light packet
    *optional a dollop of Cool Whip of your choice
    a blender or magic bullet

Directions

First cut up strawberries until you fill 1c with halves of the berries, Open your yogurt. Put Both berries and yogurt into blender. Open Crystal Light packet and sprinkle in half of the packet. Blend to the texture that you would like. Pour into a Large cup...if you would like scoop out a dollop of cool whip and plop it on top and even a few sprinkles. Put in a fun colored straw and sip away! Enjoy!!

Warning: YOU MUST LOVE STRAWBERRY FLAVOR TO ENJOY THIS SMOOTHIE...IT IS VERY SWEET!!! :)
