Ingredients

    2 cups white rice
    1/2 cup egg (scrambled)
    6 oz chicken breast (Cooked, diced)
    1 tbsp soy sauce (on the chicken)
    1/4 cup chopped green bell peppers
    1/4 cup diced red onion
    4 large shrimp
    1/2 cup fresh pineapple
    .25 cup frozen hard peas
    1 package Kikkoman fried rice mix (not calculated in the calories or salt for this recipe)
    10 coarsely ground peanuts
    Scallions



Directions

Wokify everything separately with some Pam. Throw together and add fried rice mix. Garnish with a bunch of chopped scallions and peanuts. Serve in a hollow pineapple.
