Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 large eggs
    3/4 cups milk
    1 yellow onion (medium) - chopped
    Bumble Bee Red Salmon (7.5 oz) - drained
    1 Uncle Ben's Enriched Long Grain Rice (Boil-in-Bag)
    2 tbsp butter
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Heat skillet on medium heat and start cooking rice as directed. Add chopped onion and salmon to skillet and let cook for 5 minutes, turn down heat to Low. Once rice is done, add rice, milk, eggs, salt and pepper to skillet, turn heat back up to medium. Let cook until no liquid left. Add butter and let melt. Ready to eat!
