Ingredients

1 lb spaghetti cooked
1 lb sweet italian sausage (I used my recipe for the nutritional info)
4 cups spaghetti sauce (I used my basic recipe)
2 eggs
1 cup Ricotta cheese (original recipe called for 2 cups....)
1 T dried parsley
6 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded (I guesstimated on oz, you need 2 cups)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
cook spaghetti til just al dente, drain.
Brown sausage-mix in onion and garlic if desired. Drain well. mix with spaghetti sauce, and spaghetti noodles.
Beat eggs, then wix with parsely and ricotta cheese.
put 1/2 the noodle mix in bottom of a 9X13 pan, spread ricotta mix, then 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese. top with remaining spaghetti mix. Sprinkle top with mozzarella and parmesan.
*to freeze, cover with heavy duty foil and freeze in pan. To reheat, thaw overnight in fridge and bake at 350 uncoverd until warm- 45-60 minutes.
