Ingredients

    1 tbsp canola oil
    1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    1 block (14oz) firm tofu, cubed
    1 bag (16 oz) Oriental stir fry frozen mixed vegetables
    1 medium onion, chopped
    6 ounces sliced mushrooms
    1 cup of Trader Joe's Thai Red Curry Sauce

Directions

1. Heat oils in pan. Add tofu and brown slightly.
2. Add onions and mushrooms and cook until they start to soften
3. Add frozen vegetables and cook until heated through
4. Top with curry sauce and heat.
5. Serve over rice or noodles
