Ingredients

    3 cups cooked rice
    1 cup mayonnaise
    0.5 cup yellow mustard
    0.5 cup chopped dill pickle (add pickle juice as needed if receipt is to dry)
    0.5 cup chopped onion (may substitute onion salt)
    2 boiled eggs
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

prepare cooked rice according to package instructions.
mix additional ingredients while rice is still warm. Serve at room temperturature or chilled. Makes 6 one cup servings
