Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey breast
    1 can Bush's Black Beans
    1 Can Tomatos with green chilis
    Old El Paso Taco Seasoning 1 packet
    1/2 cup water
    1 med onion diced
    1 clove garlic minced

Directions

sweat the onions and garlic in a non-stick skillet using water instead of oil.
Add in the turkey breast and cook until no longer pink. Add in the black beans with the liquid, add in the tomates. Add in the Taco seasoning, mix thoroughly and simmer for 20 minutes or until sauce is thickened.

1/2 cup = 1 serving.
Use on tostadas, over tortilla chips or over rice.
