    1 cup Oats
    2 T sunflower seeds
    2 T slivered almonds
    4 T reduced fat coconut
    1.5 t oil
    1T apple juice
    1T raisins
    1T wheat germ


Mix together well bake for 10 minutes at 350 then stir and bake for another 10 turn the oven off.
