Introduction

Tropical shrimp salad that is easy to make and yummy to eat! Tropical shrimp salad that is easy to make and yummy to eat!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pound shrimp
    3 large mangos, cut into chunks
    1/2 red bell pepper, minced
    3 TBSP chopped fresh cilantro
    Juice of 3 limes
    salt

Directions

Marinate the shrimp in juice of one lime and some salt for 15 min and then grill until cooked throughout. Cut mango into bite size chunks. Chop cilantro. Place all ingredients into bowl and stir to combine. Season with salt and serve or chill for 1 hour and serve.
