Ingredients

1.5 cups bread flour
1.5 tsp olive oil
.5 pkg.yeast (1/8 oz)
.5 tsp salt
.5cup chopped blk.olives
.5 cup red onion chopped
1.5 tsp cilantro.
Directions

In a bowl mix together; flour , yeast , salt , water and oil until a stiff dough forms.Turn dough out unto floured surface and knead until well mixed.Place in lightly oiled bowl,cover w/plastic and let rise to double, apx.1 hour.
Turn dough unto floured surface and punch down,add onions olives and cilantro and knead until well mixed .
you may need to add some flour. roll into a ball and place in lightly oiled ceramic baker Cover w/plastic ,let riseto double in size.Place bread baker in cold oven set temp. to 350 degrees and bake apx.45 min. or until done.
