Introduction

A yummy stir-fry with lots of veges. A yummy stir-fry with lots of veges.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups of brown rice
    2 cups of chopped brocolli
    1/2 cup of chopped asparugus
    8 oz. of salmon
    1/2 cup of chopped onions
    1 tsp. of soy sauce

Directions

Follow directions on the back of the brown rice bag, until it is fully cooked. Stir fry in a large skillet with brocolli, and asparagus and onions. Sprinkle soy sauce and add salmon at the end, and fry for 5 more minutes. (Don't do that if it's burning !)
