Ingredients

    2 Cups Milk
    8 Oz. Cheddar Cheese, grated
    8 Oz. Elbow Macaroni
    3 T. Butter
    3 T. Flour
    1 tsp. Salt
    1/4 tsp. Pepper
    Bread Crumbs

Directions

Cook macaroni in boiling water for 10 minutes. While it's cooking, melt butter in saucepan. Remove from pan and whisk in butter. Slowly add milk to saucepan, stirring rapidly. Return to heat until thick (almost boiling). Remove from heat and add salt and pepper. Stir in cheese. Drain macaroni and add to cheese mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake 30 mins. at 350 deg. F.
