Introduction

My husband made this for me a long time ago and now that I'm sparking, I would like to eat more veggies. I'm not too fond of carrots unless they are in a roast, but I remember these with a smile! Ingredients

    -1 lb. carrots, sliced thinly
    -1 C water
    -1 T brown sugar
    -1 T honey

Directions

--Slice your carrots in a food processor to save time. Put them in a medium sized pot with your water and bring to a bowl over high heat.

--Reduce to a simmer and had your honey and brown sugar. Stir well and cook for about 5-7 minutes until desired tenderness.

--Makes 6 servings of 1/2 C each.

--Enjoy!!
