Ingredients

    Filling
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 8oz can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. taco seasoningf
    1 cup shredded cheese

    Crepes
    1 cup flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup nonfat milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp oil

    Topping
    Lettuce
    Tomato
    Taco sauce

Directions

For filling: brown ground beef, drain. Combine sauce and seasoning; add to meat, simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in cheese. 1/4 cup per crepe.

For Crepes: Mix together all ingredients and pour 1/4 cup batter into crepe pan. Brown each side quickly.

To assemble: Put 1/4 cup filling on end of crepe and roll up. Put in a 9X13 baking dish and warm in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Serve with toppings. Serves 6

    I don't own a crepe pan. Can I just brown the crepe in a frying pan? These sound so good I would love to try them. - 6/2/10
