Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 c. sugar
    4 scoops Isopure dutch choc. protein powder
    6 tbsp. soft butter, unsalted
    8 mashed bananas
    1/2 c. almond milk
    1/2 c. greek yogurt
    4 lrg egg whites/1 c. egg sub
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. almond meal
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt

Directions

Preheat oven 350'. Combine 1st 3 ingredients on medium speed. Add bananas, milk, yogurt, and egg whites. In separate bowl, mix remaining (dry) ingredients. Add to mix. Pour into sprayed 4 mini-loaf pan and 1 large loaf pan. Bake 60-70 minutes. Cut small loaves into 6 slices each, lrg loaf into 8 slices, then halves for 16.
