    # 1 (15 oz) can of organic chickpeas (organic garbanzo beans)) drained
    # 4 tablespoons organic lemon, juice
    # 1/4 cup organic extra virgin olive oil
    # 2 cloves crushed garlic
    # 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    # 2 teaspoons chili powder
    # 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Directions

Throw everything into your food processor and let it whirl. If you desire a creamy consistency you may need to scrape down the sides a few times before serving.

Extra olive oil and fresh parsley can be added as a garnish, but these are not included in the nutrition information.
