5 md. carrots scrapped and shredded
1/3 c. light Miracle Whip
1 tsp Splenda
dash salt
md. head of lettuce
Directions
Makes aprox. 6 servings
To plump raisins wash, put into colandear and place over a saucepan of simmering water. Cover and steam 10 min or until raisins are puffed.
Toss raisins and remaining ingredients together and serve as a side salad.
