Ingredients

1 1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 can (14 ozs) peaches in light syrup (undrained)
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
3 tbsp veg. oil
4 cups of Bran Flakes Cereal
2 cups blueberreis
Directions
Makes 24 small muffins. Preheat over to 375 degrees. Spray muffin tin with non stick spray and set aside.
In a medium bowel, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
Drain peaches and reserve 1/3 cup syrup. Pour peaches and reserved syrup into a blender and puree until smooth. In a large bowl wisk together pureed peaches, brown sugar, egg and vegetable oil. Add Bran flakes and mix well. Add flour mixture and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Do not over mix. Gently fold in blueberries.
Divide batter into muffin tins and bake for 20 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
