Ingredients

    15-16 oz garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
    1/4 C tahini
    3 T water
    2 T lemon juice
    2 oz roasted red peppers
    1 T EVOO
    1 clove garlic, halved
    1/2 t kosher salt
    1/2 t cumin
    1/4 t cayenne pepper
    1/4 C parsley

Directions

Throw all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
