Ingredients

    2lb Pork Roast with Bone
    1 can Cream of celery
    1/2 t cumin
    2 t minced garlic
    1 t fennel seed
    2 t rosemary
    1 t pepper
    1 t crushed red pepper
    1 T onion flakes
    1 Green Pepper Chopped
    12 Baby Red potatoes
    2 cup chopped carrots
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Add all ingredients to crock pot. Cook on low all day.
